Coagulological research should comply with the general requirements for the standardization of clinical and laboratory studies developed by the International Organization for Standardization, World Health Organization, and Ministry of Health of Russia.</p> <p><bold>AIM:</bold> To verify the integral method of studying the hemostasis system, namely, “thrombodynamics,” and its successful use in real clinical practice.</p> <p><bold>MATERIALS AND METHODS:</bold> This study used citrate fresh plasma obtained from 14 patients according to the standard rules of blood collection and in compliance with all conditions of the pre-analytical stage for coagulological studies and commercial pooled plasma.</p> <p><bold>RESULTS:</bold> The coefficients of variation (individual and group) for the hypo, normo, and hyper models were ≤10%, indicating that the analytical characteristics obtained in the laboratory correspond to the recommended characteristics of the manufacturer. A sample preparation algorithm of three levels has been developed for commercial control of plasmas.</p> <p><bold>CONCLUSION:</bold> The thrombodynamics test enables obtaining information about the risks of bleeding and thrombosis and evaluating the effectiveness of anticoagulant therapy with heparins.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Обоснование.</bold> Решающим фактором в определении правильности и достоверности выполнения исследований является проведение внутрилабораторного контроля качества. Качество выполнения коагулогических исследований должно соответствовать общим требованиям к стандартизации клинико-лабораторных исследований, разработанных Международной организацией стандартизации, Всемирной организацией здравоохранения, а также Министерством здравоохранения Российской Федерации.</p> <p><bold>Цель — </bold>верификация интегрального метода исследования системы гемостаза — «тромбодинамика» — и успешное использование его в реальной клинической практике.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы.</bold> Для исследования использована цитратная свежая плазма 14 пациентов, полученная в соответствии со стандартными правилами забора крови и с соблюдением всех условий преаналитического этапа для коагулогических исследований, а также коммерческая пулированная плазма.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Значения коэффициентов вариации (как индивидуальных, так и групповых) для моделей «гипо», «нормо» и «гипер» не превышали 10%, что демонстрирует соответствие аналитических характеристик, полученных в лаборатории, рекомендованным характеристикам производителя.
